Design Review Committee Meeting
PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS - Public Communications is the time set-aside during the meeting for members of the public to address the Committee on items of Design Review business other than scheduled agenda items. Persons wishing to address the Committee should
1. PROJ-4082 - Formal Design Review for modification of an existing sign program to allow for an increase in the wall sign size; multiple tenant signage on the existing Johnson Dr. monument sign; a new monument sign with multiple tenant signage and height
2. PROJ-4184 - Formal Design Review of a 91-unit residential development on a vacant site located southeast of the intersection of Saticoy Avenue and Nortbank Drive; Watt Communities, LLC, applicant; Urban General (T-4.10) Zone. CASE NO: DRC-5-12
ADJOURNMENT - The next Design Review Committee will occur on September 5, 2012 at 6:00 PM in the Community Meeting Room and/or Council Chambers.
