CONSENT ITEM - Matters appearing on Consent are expected to be non-controversial and will be acted upon by the Commission at one time, without discussion, unless a member of the Commission, public or staff requests an opportunity to address any given item.

2. Housing Approval Program request for a mixed-use project consisting of 10,000 square feet of commercial area and 302 residential apartment units on an 8-acre site located east of the intersection of Johnson Drive and Northbank Drive; Casden Ventura, LLC
COMMISSION COMMUNICATION ITEMS
3. Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) - Staff will report on items discussed at the September 28, 2009. The next HPC meeting will be October 26, 2009.
4. Design Review Committee (DRC) - Design Review Committee member will report on items discussed at the September 30 and October 14, 2009 meeting. The next Design Review Meeting will occur on October 28, 2009.
5. Other Commission Communications - Commissioners may report on other recently attended advisory meetings or other recent or upcoming meetings, conferences, or programs that may be of interest to the Commission and the public.
ADJOURNMENT - The next Planning Commission meeting will occur on November 3, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers.
