2. ARB-2758/SM-534 - Formal Design review of exterior façade modification with a sign variance located at 4870 Telephone Road, Ventura Gateway, LLC, applicant; Zoned C-P-D.
3. ARB-2594 - Formal Design Review for building elevations and colors/materials to renovate the exterior of an existing downtown commercial storefront located at 327 E. Main Street; Urban Outfitters, applicant; Zoned DC.
4. ARB-1922 - Formal Design Review for as-built revisions to previously approved building elevations for an addition to an existing retail building located at 390 South Mills Road, SJS Group, applicant; Zoned C-1A.
ADJOURNMENT - The next Design Review Committee meeting will occur on August 26, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. in the Community Meeting room and Council Chambers.
