5. Request for Annexation, General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan, Development Agreement, Change of Zone, Ordinance Amendment, Vesting Tentative Tract Map, Design Review and Environmental Impact Report for future development of up to 499 residential units,
6. Request for Vesting Tentative Tract Map, Administrative Variance for street setback reduction and parking reconfiguration, Design Review, and Mitigated Negative Declaration for a mixed-use development consisting of 83 condo units and 23,691 square feet
COMMISSION COMMUNICATION ITEMS
8. Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) - Staff will report on items discussed at the June 29, 2009 meeting. The next HPC meeting will be July 27, 2009.
9. Design Review Committee (DRC) - Design Review Committee member will report on items discussed at the June 24, 2009 meeting. The next Design Review Meeting will occur on July 15, 2009.
10. Other Commission Communications - Commissioners may report on other recently attended advisory meetings or other recent or upcoming meetings, conferences, or programs that may be of interest to the Commission and the public.
11. Future Planning Commission and City Council Calendar - Planning Division staff will briefly discuss items that are on the Planning Commission calendar.
ADJOURNMENT - The next Planning Commission meeting will occur on July 21, 2009 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers.
