1. Approval of the May 10, 2017 PC Meeting Minutes and the May 17, 2017 Joint HPC, DRC, and PC Meeting Minutes.
2. PROJ-00723 – Request for Annexation, General Plan Amendment, Specific Plan, Prezone, Vesting Tentative Map, Development Agreement, Design Review and Final Environmental Impact Report approval of The Grove Specific Plan for the future development

4. Design Review Committee (DRC) – Vice Chair Ferrin will report on items discussed at the June 21, 2017 DRC meeting. The next DRC meeting will be a Joint HPC and DRC meeting on July 5, 2017.
5. Other Commission Communications – Commissioners may report on other recently attended advisory meetings or other recent or upcoming meetings, conferences, or programs that may be of interest to the Commission and the public.
