1. Approval of the March 16, 2010 Meeting Minutes.
PUBLIC HEARING ITEM
2. Request for a Conditional Use Permit for beer and wine service (ABC License Type 41) for an existing business located at 536 E. Main Street; Luigi Milano applicant; Zoned urban Core (T6.1). Conditional Use Permit Case No. CUP-1265
3. Request for Conditional Use Permits for three ABC Licenses: 1.) General retail to include off-sale beer, wine, spirits and wine tasting (ABC License Type 21 & 42); 2.) General retail with off-sale beer, wine, and spirits (ABC License Type 21); and 3.)
4. Study Session for Proposed Emergency Homeless Shelter Ordinance
COMMISSION COMMUNICATION ITEMS
5. Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) - Staff will report on items discussed at the March 22, 2010. The next HPC meeting will be April 26, 2010.
6. Design Review Committee (DRC) - Design Review Committee member will report on items discussed at the March 24, 2010 meeting. The next Design Review Meeting will occur on April 14, 2010.
7. Other Commission Communications - Commissioners may report on other recently attended advisory meetings or other recent or upcoming meetings, conferences, or programs that may be of interest to the Commission and the public.
STAFF COMMUNICATION ITEMS
8. Future Planning Commission and City Council Calendar - Planning Division staff will briefly discuss items that are on the Planning Commission calendar.
ADJOURNMENT - The next Planning Commission meeting will occur on April 20, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers.
