CONSENT ITEM - Matters appearing on Consent are expected to be non-controversial and will be acted upon by the Commission at one time, without discussion, unless a member of the Commission, public or staff requests an opportunity to address any given item.
1. Approval of the January 15, 2010 Meeting Minutes.
2. Request for Planned Development Permit, Administrative Coastal Development, Use Permits for hotel use and pole sign, and Design Review for a proposed 88,880 square foot, 152-unit, four-story hotel located at 770 S. Seaward Ave.; Pacifica Companies, appl
3. Historic Preservation Committee (HPC) - Staff will report on items discussed at the January 25, 2010. The next HPC meeting will be February 22, 2010.
4. Design Review Committee (DRC) - Design Review Committee member will report on items discussed at the February 10, 2010 meeting. The next Design Review Meeting will occur on February 24, 2010.
6. Future Planning Commission and City Council Calendar - Planning Division staff will briefly discuss items that are on the Planning Commission calendar.
ADJOURNMENT - The next Planning Commission meeting will occur on March 2, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers.
