ROLL CALL COMMITTEE COMMUNICATIONS PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS - Public Communications is the time set-aside during the meeting for members of the public to address the Committee on items of Design Review business other than scheduled agenda items. SP-11/S-5774/EIR-2469 - Specific Plan, Tentative Tract Map, Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the future development of up to 216 dwelling units and approximately 5 acres of parks space on 35.6 acres, SE Corner Telegraph Rd. & Saticoy Ave 3. HAP-14 - Housing Approval Program (HAP) application for a small project including 18 residential units in two buildings on 0.74 acres, located at 58 Kellogg Street; Gordon Miller, applicant; Zoned M-1. 4. ARB-3033- Formal Design Review of site plan, building elevations, landscape plan, colors and materials for a previously approved industrial office/storage development, located at East end of Valentine Road; Taft Electric, applicant; Zoned MPD, R-1-1AC. 5. ARB-2981- Formal Design Review Building elevations, project details, colors and materials, and landscape plans for the development of 59 single-family residences; Hertel Development Corp, applicant; Zoned RPD-8U.
