CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING CONSENT ITEMS

a.
Introduce and waive the first reading of an ordinance amending Municipal Code Sections 10.750.120, 10.750.410, and 10.750.430 pertaining to card rooms to permit the expansion of The Players Casino from 20 tables to 22 tables and related matters.

b.
Set the proposed ordinance for a second reading and adoption at the City Council meeting of April 28, 2014.

Appeal of the Planning Commission Decision Denying a Conditional Use Permit (PROJ -5968; UP -2 -13 -14823) to Operate a Homeless Outreach Services Program Located at 3100 Preble Avenue, Zoned Single Family Residential (R -1 -7); Harbor Community Church, Applicant (80)  (Continued From March 3, 2014)
