PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
At the first regular meeting of the month, the City Council has allocated a total of 30 minutes for members of the public to address the City Council on items of City business other than scheduled agenda items. Each speaker is limited to a cumulative total of five minutes for all presentations during this meeting. Should there be more than six speakers, the City Council has discretion to limit the time for each speaker. Persons wishing to address the City Council should complete a green “Speaker Form.” |

CITY COUNCIL CONSENT ITEMS
Matters appearing on the Consent Calendar are expected to be non-controversial and will be acted upon by the City Council at one time, without discussion, unless a Councilmember, the Administration, or a member of the public requests an opportunity to address any given item. Items removed from the Consent Calendar will be discussed at the beginning of the Formal Items. Approval by the City Council of Consent Items means that the recommendation of the Administration is approved along with the terms and conditions described in the Administrative Report. |

Approve Enrollment in Gartner Information Technology Research and Advisory Services by Issuing Enrollment Form to County of Ventura (31)
|
a. Approve enrollment in the Gartner Information Technology Research subscription through a purchase order with the County of Ventura effective January 1, 2017 through April 30, 2019, in the amount of $208,974.29.
b. Authorize Finance and Technology to appropriately account for the contract expenditures and, if necessary, increase appropriation in fund 61 for the remainder of Fiscal Year 2016 -2017, as well as Fiscal Year 2018 -2019.

b. Authorize the encumbrance of contingency funds for the project in the amount of $11,608.

California Street Bridge Upgrades Project – Increase in Funding from Federal STP (Surface Transportation Grant) Transportation Grant (31)

a. Authorize an increase in appropriations in the California Street Bridge Upgrade project (91007) by $129,440 from a Federal Surface Transportation Program (STP) transportation grant.
b. Authorize Finance and Technology to assign increased appropriations to the proper funds, projects and accounts for this purpose.
